The beaches at Hotel Isla Palma Reserva Natural are absolutely stunning. The crystal clear turquoise waters and soft white sand create the perfect tropical paradise. We spent hours basking in the sun and taking refreshing dips in the ocean. The secluded and peaceful atmosphere made us feel like we had our own private beach. It was truly a dream come true.

We took a trip during New Year's that allowed us to find a real hidden gem. This spot is a paradise that is quite isolated, so the quiet surroundings make it the perfect place to relax. the amazing sea water was another highlight of the trip, crystal clear and refreshing, and there are gorgeous beaches to explore around the area. the boat transfer that was offered was also convenient and enjoyable.
While the place itself was paradise on earth, some significant improvements are necessary. the accommodations were aged, in need of renovation and repair.

The hotel's remote and unspoilt location is truly incredible, offering a wonderful beach and amazing wildlife. The staff are friendly, smiley, and always happy to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, with clean beds and basic amenities. The freshly prepared meals, especially the freshly caught fish, are a highlight.
Minor improvements could be made in terms of variety in the meals and availability of certain spirits at the bar. Some rooms could benefit from updating, particularly the bathrooms, and working blinds are needed for added privacy.

The location of the hotel was stunning with beautiful beaches and the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife such as birds, iguanas, monkeys, and turtles during the daily walks around the nature reserve. The staff were very friendly and the food was tasty with freshly made menu options available.
The water was turned off twice a day during certain hours which was inconvenient for showering and washing hands. the lack of air conditioning during the day in the rooms was uncomfortable, and the limited wine selection was also disappointing.

The hotel is situated on a small scenic island, surrounded by pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The rooms are quite spacious, and the eco park tour was a unique experience, especially when petting the spider monkey. their buffet meals were a highlight, with a commendable variety of freshly prepared seafood dishes. The staff was alright and helpful, with a vet and a boat tour being among the notable pros.
The hotel's lack of air conditioning during daytime hours can be quite uncomfortable during hot seasons, as it was only available from 6pm till 6am.
